At Skore Condoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns on unworn apparel or unopened accessories within 30 days.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and include your original packing slip inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
